At ClomperPaws, we work to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your purchase is completed. Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand.

Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery usually takes 5–12 business days.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your package.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears significantly delayed or you experience an issue with delivery, please contact our customer support team and we will do our best to assist you.
